Research Scientist, Intel Labs China
Xuesong is a researcher at Intel Labs China working on robotics and spatial AI. He is developing a real-time scene understanding system for autonomous systems, involving pose estimation, scene reconstruction, semantic mapping and multi-sensor fusion. He built a real-world robotic dataset named OpenLORIS-Scene. Previously he had worked on FPGA-accelerated robotic algorithms (SLAM, motion planning) and full-stack camera software development for mobile platforms. He has B.S. and Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, where he studied graph signal processing and embedded system design.
